Virtual Economy

Not Real Money: Virtual currency (like gems or coins) and items in Arrow Clear Puzzle have no monetary value outside the game. They cannot be converted to real currency or transferred to other games.
Acquiring virtual currency or items grants you a revocable license to use those game features — not ownership of any digital property.
Game Balance Changes: We may modify, rebalance, or retire virtual items as we update the game. Material changes to purchased items will be communicated in advance.
You may not sell, trade, transfer, or gift virtual items or currency to other players outside of explicit in-game mechanics.

Protecting Our Creative Work
Arrow Clear Puzzle represents years of creative work. Our IP rights protect that work and are described below.
The Application and all game content (art, music, text, code, characters, trademarks) are the exclusive property of Ansah Anansi or its licensors, protected by copyright and other laws.
Fan Content: Personal, non-commercial sharing of gameplay content is permitted and encouraged. Commercial exploitation of our IP requires prior written permission.
Prohibited: Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works of Arrow Clear Puzzle content without prior written consent from Ansah Anansi.

Disclaimer of Warranties
As with all software, Arrow Clear Puzzle comes without absolute guarantees. This disclaimer explains our legal position.
We provide Arrow Clear Puzzle without any warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We can't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.
Access to Arrow Clear Puzzle may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, technical problems, or factors outside our control. We'll try to notify you of planned downtime.
Third-Party Content: We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party services integrated into Arrow Clear Puzzle.
Consumer Laws: If you reside in a jurisdiction that mandates certain implied warranties or consumer protections, those rights are not waived by this Agreement.

Responsibility Limits
This section sets caps on Ansah Anansi's legal exposure in connection with Arrow Clear Puzzle.
We exclude liability for: loss of game progress, data loss, lost profits, missed savings, or other consequential or indirect loss arising from Arrow Clear Puzzle use or unavailability.
Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Arrow Clear Puzzle shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid Ansah Anansi in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) USD $100.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations. In such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification
By using Arrow Clear Puzzle, you agree to the following indemnification obligation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ansah Anansi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Arrow Clear Puzzle use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.
Defense: Ansah Anansi reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to your indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
We will promptly notify you of any claim subject to indemnification and work with you in good faith to resolve it fairly.

Dispute and Arbitration
We hope you never have a dispute with us, but if you do, here's our fair and efficient process for resolving it.
Informal Resolution: Please contact our support team before escalating a dispute. Provide a description of your concern and desired outcome. We commit to a good-faith response within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will proceed to binding individual arbitration, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
Disputes must be brought individually. Class, representative, and collective actions are not permitted under this Agreement.
Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing our support team with 'Arbitration Opt-Out' in the subject line.

Termination
When you or Ansah Anansi ends this relationship, these rules apply.
Voluntary Termination: Stop using Arrow Clear Puzzle and uninstall it at any time. To permanently delete your account and data, contact our support team.
Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.
When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.

Governing Law
The governing law section specifies the legal framework for this agreement.
This Agreement is governed by applicable law in Ansah Anansi's jurisdiction of incorporation, excluding its conflicts of law provisions.
Courts: Subject to the arbitration agreement, any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Ansah Anansi's governing jurisdiction. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction.
EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this version and any translation, the English version prevails.

Modifying These Terms
These Terms may be revised to reflect updates to Arrow Clear Puzzle, changes in law, or improved policies. Here's how we handle that.
How We Notify You
For material changes, we'll display an in-app notice when you next open Arrow Clear Puzzle and update the effective date at the top of this document. For minor updates (like typo fixes), we'll only update the date.

Ansah Anansi's failure to act on any violation of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights. We can enforce these Terms at any time.
Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

Force Majeure: Ansah Anansi is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, or internet infrastructure failures.
Electronic Agreement: These Terms are a valid contract even though they're digital. Your use of Arrow Clear Puzzle is your binding electronic signature.

Some players may be sensitive to flashing or stroboscopic effects and could experience photosensitive reactions. If you or anyone in your household has a history of epilepsy or has experienced seizures, consult a physician before playing.
